Afghan and Pakistani businessmen hold meeting in Torkham to reopen trade route

The Afghanistan-Pakistan Joint Chamber of Commerce has said that a meeting between businessmen and representatives of the chambers of commerce of the two countries will be held in Torkham today (Sunday, March 19) to discuss the reopening of the trade route. The chamber also stated that securing a ceasefire along the supposed Durand Line is another goal of the meeting. No representatives from the governments of Afghanistan and Pakistan will be present at this meeting.
