Eight media outlets must vacate their offices in the Pentagon
The US Department of Defense announced on Friday that the number of media outlets required to evacuate their offices at the Pentagon has doubled. These spaces will be allocated to new media that will be replaced under the new "Annual Media Rotation" program. CNN, The Washington Post, The Hill, and War Zone were also added to the list of media outlets to leave their offices, according to a memo released by the Defense Department. These organizations have not reacted yet. Last week, in the first phase of the program, it was announced that the New York Times, NBC News, Politico and National Radio (NPR) would have to vacate their offices in the Pentagon.
